GPT Patient Highlight - Hannah Bryan

Our GPT Patient Spotlight of the Month is Hannah Bryan!

Hannah is a gifted ballet dancer and has recently been invited to a ballet academy. Hannah has also received scholarships for LA Dance Magic, Move Summer Intensive Scholarship, and Power Pak Scholarship. And Hannah loves her French Bulldogs Chloe, Gracie!

What are your athletic and/or academic goals for the future?
In 2024, I want to travel with the USA Ballet Team for a full year and I want to become a Physical Therapist.

Has GPT helped you get back to where you were physically before your injury?
Yes, I listen to my body now. I'm much better about doing my preventative mobility and strength exercises that I learned at GPT!

Are you a better athlete now than you were before you were injured? If so, in what ways did GPT help?
I am a better athlete now than before I was injured, I am mentally stronger now than ever. I believe in following the nutritional, sleep, and hydration guidance I was given at GPT!
